All points are pending for 30 days to allow for returns and cancellations. After 30 days, they’ll become cleared points and count toward your Treats tally.
If you return a full order, your points are removed. If you return part of an order the points attributed to those items are returned.
There are 3 levels and you move up once you’ve earned enough points. Level 1 = 99 points and under Level 2 = 100–499 points Level 3 = 500 points
UK Customers can show their card number at the till point to collect points and redeem any points.
