Over the last five years, we’ve made great improvements on the materials we use. From organic cotton to recycled polyester, we’re working on a range of material swaps and can’t wait to share more details soon. But for now, we’re proud to say that that this season...
71% of our sterling silver is recycled.
Our people We’ve worked with many of our suppliers for over 50 years, here’s how we look after them:
Our supply chain Our suppliers sign our Code of Conduct, which communicates our terms of trade for fair wages, no harsh or inhumane treatment, discrimination, forced or child labour.
Our artisans We support craft communities around the world. Our artisans work in small workshops or from home. To protect them, we ensure our suppliers pay fair working rates and carry our extra monitoring to make sure our Code of Conduct is in place.
Ethical Trading Initiative We believe in the life-changing power of trade. As a founder member of the Ethical Trade Initiative (ETI) , we’ve been driving improvements in working conditions where we do business. In 1994, we set up the Monsoon Accessorize Trust to support disadvantaged communities across Asia.
We know no single organisation can solve the climate crisis alone. So, we've joined WRAP Textiles 2030, the UK's leading voluntary initiative for the fashion industry. By becoming a member, we've signed up to the common goals of reducing our carbon footprint by 50% and water footprint by 30% as an industry by 2030. Find out more here.
