As well as making more sustainable choices for our product, we're working to reduce the footprint of our energy, packaging and transport. We already carbon offset all of our UK customer deliveries, and we are working with our transport providers to reduce our freight carbon emissions every year. Where this is not possible, we aim to full offset freigh emissions.

Currently 100% of the energy supplies we control across our buildings and stores come
from renewable sources.
We're influencing our business and commercial
operations partners to switch
energy sources that we don't control to more
renewable options by 2025 (or carbon offset where this isn't possible).
OUR
PACKAGING
Since the end of 2023, all our store and web packaging has been made from 100% recycled and
recyclable plastics.
At the same time, we're collaborating with our suppliers to minimise packaging and reduce
packaging waste.
BY THE END
OF 2025
- All our transit packaging will be reusable, recyclable or biodegradable
- We have a goal to further reduce our total packaging by 25%
